Dr. Dhesi offers house call appointments. You will get the same care as you get in office but in the comfort, convenience, privacy, and safety of your home, office, or hotel. Over 24 years of clinical experience will be brought directly to you. He will be using the same protocols and treatments he has used for years with his patients, executive clients, and athletes.
You can get the care and performance advantages you need at a time that works best for you and your family.

What He Brings:
Dr. Dhesi will bring all the tools and devices needed for your appointment per your needs. This can include:
- A portable table [Chiropractic style]
- Mobilization tools for Instrument based treatment [Manual therapy always provided]
- Muscle therapy tools for Trigger Point Therapy and other muscle treatments
- Soft Tissue Tools for Instrument assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization [Graston type care]
- Laser Therapy – Deep Tissue Strength [* Laser therapy has to be coordinated in advance depending on the issues being addressed]
Treatment visits are all-inclusive and are time-based—[30 min, 60 min, or any increment of that].

House call appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis and are dependent on schedule openings of Dr. Dhesi.
Costs, Service Charges, and Fees:
Initial Visit [New Patient Member / Non Established Patient]: $360
[This is at least a 1 hour, but can last longer]
[Additional Family Members can be seen during the same visit for $90] [Consult, Exam and Treatment included]
Follow Up [ Existing Patient Member]: $180
[This is at least a 30 min visit, but can last longer]
[Additional Family Members are seen for $90 during the same visit]
Travel Costs:
Included for the first 12 miles from San Ramon, CA. Beyond that you will be billed depending on distance and time [Flat Rate San Jose/ Santa Clara area Travel $60, San Francisco area $80, Oakland area $40, Peninsula area $60]
Insurance Coverage:
House calls are not billed to insurance at this time for initial visits or follow up appointments. You will be provided an office visit note with coding and diagnosis that you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible insurance rate reimbursement.
Receipts will also be forwarded after the visit for payments made for your records, and, if applicable, for submission towards your HSA or Flex Spending Accounts.
Payment:
Payments are made in advance for all services at the time of booking. Payments are accepted via Credit Card, Paypal, and Bitcoin [and other digital currency]. For privacy and security, cryptocurrency is recommended.
